Trenance Gardens lie beyond Newquay's town centre and beaches. You will also find the boating lake where rowing boats and pedalos can be hired. There are horse riding stables here where you can book single or group rides across the River Gannel and Crantock Beach.
This is a tranquil area with a lake-side cafe and an ice-cream parlour where families with young children can enjoy the park.
In this area you will find Newquay zoo, Heron Tennis Centre, Pitch & Putt Golf, mini-railway, Wooden waves skate park and Waterworld, the indoor swimming pool with slides and shutes, making it an ideal place for families to visit.
