Bezant Place has been sympathetically built to recreate a Cornish fishing village under the 'Duchy of Cornwall' covenant. The quaint homes have been developed with plenty of character.

 

The apartments create the gatehouse into the village. 'Bay Blue' is on the ground floor and sleeps up to 4 guests.

 

Enjoy all the fun of the outdoors from the apartments as you have Fistral and Crantock Beaches for surfing, the River Gannel for kayaking and canoing at high tide, pony-trekking at low tide, and the headland coastal paths for walking or sightseeing.

There are many places locally to hire surfboards, wetsuits, kayaks and canoes and lessons can be booked for beginners.

 

Changeover is usually every Saturday during the Summer Season. We are flexible about different arrival days and 'short breaks' during periods outside of the main season so please ask and we hope to accomodate you.
