Bezant Apartments

Bezant Apartments were built in 2001. All apartments have 2 bedrooms and are decorated with a comtemporary feel, to an excellent standard, having comfortable sofas and soft-furnishings. All apartments have been completely refurbished with new bathrooms. The kitchens all have integral appliances, consisting of 4 ring ceramic gas hob, combi microwave oven & grill, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

All apartments have colour LCD televisions with Freeview in the lounge and bedrooms. Plus the advantage of Gas Central Heating for those winter breaks!!!

One car parking space is allocated to each apartment on site, with access to outside secure surfboard & bicycle storage.

Situated in Bezant Place, Pentire, it is a short walk to the very famous Fistral Beach to one side of the headland, and the River Gannel estuary leading down to Crantock Bay on the other. It is approximately 10 minute walk to the centre of Newquay town, where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and bars. Here you will also see the busy Harbour and continue along to all Newquay's other beaches.
